In this field, we establish through an analysis of the annual financial statements whether the economic presentation of the company is in compliance with the legal requirements and economic realities. This usually begins with a general analysis of the annual financial statements according to ratios, which will often already provide an indication of how a company has actually performed economically. This may then be followed by an individual audit of the documents and a comparison with external records. The latter are either procured by ourselves or in co-operation with specialised private investigators. We also support our clients in arbitration or litigation in which for instance, claims under guarantees in sales contracts are filed or in which the claims of third parties against our clients must be refuted.
